We met for the first time with "Astral Plateau," the top line of Shinmasa's pride and joy!
First up is Farmer's Art 2021, made from Rikuwa 132 grown without pesticides in the company's own rice fields in Uyo. The attack of intense acidity, followed by a slight sweetness and a dry, crisp finish is an art form!
