He's had it many times, but never wrote it down.
Just the right amount of mouthfeel, a little bit of pear, a little bit of muscat, and it's dry in that range.
I changed from 50 to 45 a few years ago. I liked the 50's impact, but I think the 45's standard is better suited to the Ottersai image.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still good!
