Checking out the installation, I visited the restaurant to see if they had collaborated on a sake.
The sake is a collaboration between Aizu Sakashita's Toyokuni Shuzo and a liquor store, and is made with Aizu's Yume-no-Ko sake.
The name of the sake is "Yuki no sakazuki.
The first sip is sweet and very easy to drink. It has a good balance of umami, bitterness, and alcohol.
The taste changes over time and is delicious.
