Made from 100% Akita-grown Sake-Komachi rice. Polishing ratio 55%, 17% alcohol by volume. It has a fruity taste that stimulates the tongue and goes down the throat. It is sharp and delicious. It is very Fudo-like. The umami of Sakekomachi can also be clearly felt. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes, but personally, I would like to drink it slowly with a bowl of Hatsukatsuo (dried bonito) Tataki.
