Ibaraki Sake
Takeyuki Cycle Ogawa yeast
This sake was created because the brewer of Takeyuu likes to ride bicycles. This sake is made with Ibaraki's Ogawa yeast and Ibaraki's Hitanishiki, a raw yeast strain. The label is written by the director of "Aubergine: Summer in Andalusia".
The gentle sweetness typical of Takeyuki gives it a more acidic taste than others. It also has an alcohol content of 14 degrees, so it is easy to drink. It is exactly the kind of sake you want to drink with carbonated water instead of beer after a bike ride.
