ララの酒Chokaisan in Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture. Chokai. It is lightly nigori (lightly cloudy) with a hint of lingering snow and spring haze.
I grew up in Sapporo, so the northern scenery comes clearly to mind, and the sake goes well with it. I've already lifted the ban on Wednesday when I'm working alone for various reasons. 😅
Slightly carbonated, gently pear sweet, with a beautiful bitterness swelling up later, this is the taste of haze. The whole thing is refreshing. I'd love to have one sometime in a hot spring with a view of Mt. Chokai. 🐈️🐈️
