It's been a while since I've posted anything.
No.6 typeR has changed the way I think about sake, and I'm happy to have a bottle in stock, so I decided to experiment and enjoy it.
I took notes on the differences in taste between different glasses and compared them! It's too much fun! I'm not going to go into a lengthy individual evaluation, but the bigger the glass, the higher the rank of flavor!
This experiment is so much fun!
