Takatsugu
We opened a bottle of "Junmai Ginjo SILVER7 Unfiltered Nama Sake" from Yokoyama, which we got at a liquor store we visited a little while ago.
It has a slight fizz on the tongue and a pleasant umami that expands with a sizzling sensation. The depth of flavor makes it a perfect match for oden and o-nabe (hot pot).
This is a bottle that makes me want to visit the brewery on Iki Island someday. Delicious ‼️
