It is brewed with "Shukyu," a fantastic rice that is said to be comparable to Hyogo's Yamadanishiki. The yeast is Kyoto no Koto, the water is Fushimi subsoil water, and the sake is brewed in Fushimi, Kyoto. It has a slightly rich and dry taste.
