Drinking at home.
Today, after cherry blossom viewing, we had a drink at home.
I felt the spring.
I chose a junmai daiginjo of my favorite Eikofuji's Hajigen-no-Taido (Omachi).
When you open the cork, the fruity aroma spreads, and when you take it to your mouth, the sweetness and acidity come through and spread nicely.
The sweetness is enhanced when paired with bonito.
It is a delicious cup.
