This is one that I wanted to drink in a nigorist way.
When the bottle is opened, the bubbles don't reach the top, just a swish.
When you put it in your mouth, the bubbles are bigger and weaker. The sweetness is natural, not like Calpis water, but like a rum.
It is very light, as is typical for low-alcoholic beverages. But it is not too watery. No, it is watery, so light drinks are not my favorite these days, but this one is not cheap, so I have no complaints.
It was a well-balanced sake.
