ふぃあ
Toyobai is said to come next to Tasake in Aomori.
It is rather sweet and has little acidity.
The mouthfeel is crisp and clean, but the aftertaste has a strong sweetness and aroma like sake lees.
It seems to go well with grilled fish and hot pot.
Although it was not a perfect match for my taste, I highly recommend it because it has a taste that can be enjoyed by everyone.
