The event was the "Yamagata Fair, Japan's Best Sake Prefecture", and we were able to sample some fresh Jyushidai sake.
We also drank a lot of sake from Yamagata breweries, ate imoni (stewed potatoes), and enjoyed Yamagata to the fullest. It was my first time to attend this event, but it was a great one.
