Last year, I went to a liquor store and saw a bottle of raw sake that had just arrived on the same day that I went. I had no choice but to buy it and asked them to set the price on the spot. I was so excited 😅 but since they only had one bottle, it had been sitting in the fridge for a year. Today I took it to my dog-loving friend's house. I don't know if the taste has changed or not. But the freshness and mellow taste were enough. No astringency or bitterness. It has a refreshing thirst. I liked this Yukino Kayasha after my wife's cousin gave it to me. It is still good. If you drink it, everyone is your friend.
