<Soft, acidic, soft, sweet, lovely.
The aroma is softly acidic with a hint of citrus. It is slightly citrus-centric, with a hint of sweetness and flavor of rice in the background.
The mouthfeel is a mild citrus acidity. The sweetness follows from behind. Surprisingly, the sweetness is not so strong. Sourness is the center. But it is a soft acidity wrapped in sweetness, and there is no spiky part at all. It is a lovely sour-sweet.
The specs are as follows

The opening scene of "Red Pig" can be likened to the scene in Ghibli.
Porco is first lying on a deck chair on the beach, waiting for a phone call. In this scene, Porco knows the request to rescue the female student is coming, and he's standing by ready to go. He has sweet fantasies after rescuing the schoolgirl. But what was actually waiting for me was the lively freshness of a young girl. This is cute, though.
Satisfaction: ★★★★
