Katsurin is a sake made by Yamazaki Goshi Company, famous for "Oku".
As the name suggests, it is a sake that goes well with fish dishes.
I did not visit the brewery, but this is my first time.
The first aroma is mild and sweet.
It is slightly dry with a hint of umami and sweetness on the palate.
I enjoyed it with shrimp tempura 🍤✨.
The third and fourth pictures show the second torii gate of Atsuta Shrine and the barrels of sake.
