The 8th and final part of the GW consecutive bottle opening challenge is now upon us!
This is the third bottle of the April Hanpukai with the new Shichihon-yari initiative 😆.
This is the third bottle of the April Hanpukai 😆 The most used sake at Tomita Brewery, Tamaei, is brewed using the traditional wooden vat method 🤩.
Now other breweries are starting to sell sake brewed in whiskey barrels, wine barrels, sherry barrels, etc. 😊.
The common denominator is the use of wooden casks and vats.
The aroma of the wood and the flavor of the soaked sake are said to be transferred to the sake to create a variety of flavors...
This sake is brewed using purely wooden vats, and when you drink it, you can somehow smell the aroma of wood😋.
It's almost like a cedar barrel sake 😋.
Cheers to Mr. Tomita who never stops moving forward with various methods, rice and yeast 😋🍶😋🍶.

Hi Hissan 😊
Well, I'm just rearranging the stock in the fridge for whatever reason lol.
I'm sure there will be a lot more sake on the market in the near future 😁.
