Rich, sweet mouthfeel. Very much to my liking!
However, as is typical of summer sake, the aftertaste is pleasantly smooth. It is also easy to pair with meals!
If you chill it well, you can taste a hint of sourness in the flavor.
If you leave it in a room for a while, the sweetness will increase and it will be easy to drink.
Drinking it with a cup of sake makes it even mellower and easier to drink. Drinking it in a wine glass makes it a little more refreshing.
I would recommend this. I am sure I will repeat it!
