It was featured in dancyu2021, and it's no exaggeration to say that it's one of the most promising breweries right now.
Sunokure was released in December last year.
Luckily I could still buy some!
It has a flax cat-like acidity, but it's sharp and not boring to drink.
This is good. Really good.
I liked the acid burst, but this one is also a strike.
Cospa is also good.
