I used to be a sake drinker even with curry. On a day like this, I left some Machida Sake Brewery's Omachi pink. I like this sake so much that I want to keep it on hand. In fact, it takes me 40 minutes by bicycle to get to the liquor store, so I don't get there often. From the first sip, it tastes as good as expected. I got tired of sake from another brewery if I kept drinking it, but I never get tired of this one. What's the difference? I wondered what the difference was, so I looked it up and found out that they brew their sake with soft water. I knew it. That might be one of the reasons.
