3. respect for Alpha 6 and No.6 of Kaze no Mori. This sake was made by sharing Shinsei's No. 6 yeast. The mouthfeel is smooth and fruity, but it quickly runs out and is hot. There is some acidity, but the taste is a bit strong. Akitsuho, 66%, about 1,800 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
