This special junmai sake is made from 60% polished rice of "Hitomebore" produced in Iwate Prefecture and is full of flavor. It is a freshly brewed sake with a fresh flavor unique to freshly squeezed sake. This year, it is released with a gorgeous "Osechi" label. It is recommended as a bottle to accompany food from the end of the year to the New Year's table.
