The koji rice is 100% Yamadanishiki and the kake rice is 100% Gohyakumangoku.
It has a floral aroma and a crisp, dry taste.
It leaves a lingering aftertaste in the mouth.
It is refreshing and easy to drink.
I also drank it with tonic water.
The tonic water flavor is strong and quite light.
You might not be able to tell it's alcohol.
