This year, my wife, daughter and I are going to Kinugawa in Tochigi Prefecture this weekend, as I will be in Hokkaido on a business trip on the day of my birthday!

The waiter opened a brand new bottle!
The flavor is even stronger than the Houou Mita we are used to drinking!
It has a sharpness with bitterness at the end.
