A raw sake from the sake mother. It's not like before, the amount of gas is not half as much, and it takes me so long to open it that I could drink a glass...or rather, I did.
Light yeasty aroma. It has a pleasantly light, yet flavorful sweet and sour taste with a shwash-whisky carbonation. It was like a sweet wine-like beer made from rice.
It was worth the effort.
