Inatahime純米吟醸 ごうりき米
ちーすけ
I returned home at the end of November, 2021, and opened a bottle of sake that I bought in my hometown. I had actually planned to open it at New Year's, but there was another sake that I had to drink, so I finally opened it.
As it is a Junmai Ginjo, it has a rather pleasant ginjo aroma. When I drank it, I felt a very refreshing sweetness from the rice. And it has very little of the piquancy inherent in alcohol! (I've been into whiskey lately, so my tongue has gotten used to alcohol?)
(I've been into whiskey lately, so maybe my tongue has gotten used to alcohol?) Of course, I could feel the flavor of the rice unique to Junmai Ginjo, but I had the impression that it was light and very easy to drink.
It was a perfect match for a dinner with a strong flavor.
The rice seems to be made from "Gouriki" rice, but is it famous?
Anyway, thank you for the dinner. Kelp-crusted herring with chilled tofu.
