I've been curious about Morishima for a while. It was recently renamed from Taikan to Morishima, wasn't it? I think there's only one case in my area of activity. It was only fire-roasted, so I made it Jundaira. Gorgeous ginjo aroma. It is clean and beautiful, but it is also very drinkable. I'd like to drink this one on draft.
