JIRO
Sake for daily use bought at MaxValu in front of Yamagata Station.
I drink it at room temperature. The sweetness of the rice softly seeps in. The sweetness is offset by the lack of acidity, and the bitterness is moderate, giving it a gentle impression. It is delicious with a complex flavor.
When it is cooled down, the sharp acidity rises and the sweetness disappears.
When slightly cooled, it is sweet and sour and goes down smoothly. It is also delicious with a little water.
Sake from the Tohoku region is dangerous. All of them are delicious.
