I bought it on a trip to Shinshu, which I visit once a year.
It is a fruity, refreshing, clear sake with absolutely no cloying taste. You may drink it a bit like white wine.
It went well with ahi jogos and basil salads.
Azumino sake is a delicious water for drinkers🤭.
