The custom of making new sake from French wine Beaujolais is now available in Japan😃.
Ordered by appointment only, the ban was lifted today😋.
It's new sake, so don't let it sit, open a bottle and let's celebrate 🎵!
To be honest, I don't like the young taste of Beaujolais. I feel like it's just a festival and the taste is secondary.
But this one has been finished well❗.
Even if it's not a new sake event, it's still delicious.
The ginjo aroma is fruity like a Junmai Daiginjo, and the fresh flavor is dancing happily in your mouth.
It's a special sake that's only available once a year, freshly pressed at midnight and delivered on the same day😋.
