新舘幸樹
It is getting quite warm during the day. So, this time I bought a bottle of Momo-iro Nigori, which I pre-ordered at a liquor store the other day.
I was a little nervous because of the perforated cap, but I was able to open the bottle without incident.
First, we started with the supernatant as usual.
It is a sweet rosé wine.
Then, I mixed in the oli. According to the liquor store, this is the second lot of this sake. He said the first lot never came in. Well, I am thankful that it just came in because we are in the country.
I'm getting side-tracked, but the nigori finally makes it more like sake, but it is still quite sweet. If I had to describe it, I would say it is like a peach-colored amazake with a fresh sourness.
Naturally, it is not suitable as a food sake, but it is an adult amazake with a low alcohol content of 10 degrees.
Red yeast is fun this time of year.
