Kaze no Mori荻野貴司 純米 無濾過無加水生酒
Islander
Brewed in collaboration with Takashi Ogino of the Chiba Lotte baseball team, this sake is made from rice grown at Ogino's parents' home in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture, and rice grown in Chiba Prefecture, where the baseball team is located.
It has a slightly effervescent, bubbly taste, with a slight, refreshing sweetness and umami that runs through. There is a faint bitterness afterward. Easy to drink and delicious.
We served it with sardine teriyaki donburi, squid nameko, and salmon cream cheese, which were included in the included recipe.
The label is autographed and will be displayed as a keepsake.
Purchased from SakeBase online.
