We got the new sake from Tsuchida Shuzo, which was pre-sold to us by the wife of Kibune Sake Shop, so we got it! Holy cow!
The last time I drank it, it didn't have any particular characteristics, but I was drawn to the delicious, easy-drinking feeling, so I bought it.
I wonder what it is~ (^o^;)
It is slightly yellow.
When you put it in your mouth, the sourness comes first, and the unique flavor like a barrel sake comes later.
It is like a barrel sake, but it is not unpleasant.
The koji used is the yellow koji for the shochu liqueur and the white koji for some reason.
What? But they drink a lot.
Is it the feature of this brewery that the taste never gets tired?
There is another muddy sake in the refrigerator.
When you open the seal, please do it in a bowl! so I was told, it seems to be such a cheerful sake.
Truly, I'm grateful to be born Japanese, and to be able to drink sake as a matter of course! Holy shit!

Nice to meet you!
I started posting today!
This is meh, I'm curious!
As a prefectural resident, I'm indebted to Kibune 🤤.
I'll look for it next time I'm there.
Thank you so much 😆.
