くるま麩
Sightseeing in Miwa, the land of umasake
I paid a visit to Ookami Shrine to give thanks for my daily encounters with sake and to pray for the sake to continue to taste good in the future!
At lunch time, we had Somen-nagashi, which is a strange feeling when you do it alone... and of course, it was delicious!
And, as I came to Miwa, I had to buy a bottle of "samorosugi", a standard junmai-ginjo this time!
This time it was a standard junmai ginjo, with a refreshing sweet and sour taste that filled my mouth. It is also full-bodied, with a deep fruitiness.
The taste is quite robust, but not heavy, making it easy to drink and very tasty!
