Asahiran" by Hiran is an unfiltered draft made from old-fashioned Asahi rice that has not been bred.
The top aroma is modest. When chilled, it has a slightly strong sweet umami flavor, which is followed by a moderate acidity.
The flavor changes a little with each sip, and as the temperature rises slightly, the aroma and umami become more apparent, and in addition, a spicy bitterness emerges, which is mixed in a complex way to make it truly ready to drink!
This was another great Asahiran that is full of Mori Sake Brewery's specialties.
