Limited edition sake from Obara Sake Brewery.
It is said to be a natural pink color due to the use of a peach-colored yeast.
It was very easy to drink, not only for its gorgeous aroma, but also for its refreshing acidity.
The nigori (cloudy) part of the sake also has a hint of rice flavor.
