つよぽん
This is the first sake we have had from our favorite sake brewer, Hijiri Sake Brewery, and it is a Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unpasteurized Nama Shu. I bought it at "Aiba Sake Shop" which I visited for the first time the other day. The price was ¥1,650-.
When the bottle was opened, it was full of energy!
As is typical of Seishuzo sake, it has a fruity aroma.
Refreshing sweetness and gasiness.
I could hardly feel the acidity.
It is just like a soda.
The rice is "Gohyakumangoku", which is different from "Kanto no Hana" (Kanto no Hana is Hitomebore).
I now have another favorite brand.
