Haneya羽根屋 かすみざけ 純米吟醸生
宴会部長Fumigiku Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery located in Toyama City with a long history and tradition, founded in 1916, and celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2016.
The current brewer, Keiki Hane, worked for a major fermentation company in Tokyo before returning to Toyama to take over his family's Fumigiku Brewery and enter the world of sake brewing.
