結香This is my favorite Tohachi.
Yamada Nishiki This Tohachi was originally supposed to be sold at the New Sake Festival, but this year's Tohachi seems to be very mellow for a Yamada Nishiki. In any case, it is delicious. Easy to drink. We love it.
