うえぽんThree excellent wines in a row, somewhat numbing to the palate, but very well balanced.
I enjoy it with sakura shrimps kakiage (fried sakura shrimps).
It was a sake that I can recommend to everyone, with a feeling of melon-like freshness in the mouth that is not too sweet.
