Junmai Daiginjo Tankoba-kumi-Unfiltered
I was familiar with this brand, but I picked it up because I saw it in a guise I don't often see.
It has the usual Otter taste with a slight effervescence, as is typical of nama-zake. The taste is youthful and fresh, reminiscent of fruit.
The bright sweetness and full flavor spread like a burst of flavor, and then seep into the mouth with a gentle aftertaste.
It is a quintessential Ottersake. It is a great sake.
