I was attracted to the color of the label.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo with 48% polishing ratio.
It was relatively dry and refreshing.
I guess there are a lot of sake from the Tohoku region that are refreshing.
If you want to pair it with food, this is about right.
Maybe it's just right.
