Junmai Namaishi Sake with a 65% rice polishing ratio.
A local sake from Tokyo. I had a preconceived notion that it was somewhat dry, but when I sipped it at room temperature, it was mildly sweet and delicious!
It is not spicy, so you can enjoy the full flavor of the rice in your mouth.
