Just after opening the bottle, the sweetness was strong, but as the day went by, the sourness came out.
At the beginning, when the sweetness was strong, there was a solid sweetness with a sense of maturity, and the aftertaste was a little rough.
When I drank it later, the sweetness came first, but the sourness came soon. After that, the sweetness of the rice is not strong, but it is fluffy. The warmer it is, the more the sweetness spreads.
