Sake made with Hououmida wine yeast and second fermentation in the bottle.
I thought it would be sweet, but it felt surprisingly dry.
The sense of effervescence is also a little weak.
The aroma is grape, pear, or perhaps apple? Maybe capsule type - fruity but not too strong.
I brought it on vacation to drink with others, so it wasn't served in a proper drinking vessel (small plastic cup), so my impression of it was vague. Next time I would like to drink it with a proper sake cup of my choice.
