Katsuma-san is very popular with a huge line up 😳.
We decided to use the time in line as an interval to sober up a bit 😆.
The color is clear.
When you taste it, you first taste sweetness. After that, a little bitterness.
The mouthfeel is light like water.
The sweetness remains until the end.
While the sweetness has a core strength, the sake is gentle on the palate.
I guess you can also enjoy the aroma, but I can't tell when I'm outdoors. Too bad😅.
