Dai
Shizuoka sake named after the Buddha Amitabha, which means infinite life, and made with 35% polished Yamadanishiki for the koji rice and 50% polished Miyamanishiki for the kake rice.
It is a limited edition sake that is shipped only twice a year. ☺️
As one would expect from a daiginjo, it has a pear-like fruity aroma, juicy and full of flavor, and a crisp, clear aftertaste 😋.
The 1,600 yen range for these specs is very cost-effective!
Served with grilled Hokke (Japanese bonito) ♪
