Ibaraki Sake
Raifuku Junmai Namaishu (pure rice sake) Mamashi-shu
This sake is produced by the Raifuku Sake Brewery in Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Originally, Raifuku brews sake using a variety of flower yeasts, but we were unable to determine which flower yeast was used for this sake.
When I drank it, I found it to be very sweet, as it is called moromi sake. It is also a perforated crown that is activated in the bottle, so it is a very lively sake with a lot of pizzazz when drunk. It is recommended for those who like sweet and tangy sake without sourness and bitterness.
