Toji Selections Junmai Ginjo, once fired sake.
I liked the Aikame label before. So I bought it again 😊.
The aroma has a hint of alcohol.
It has a sweet melon-like mouthfeel, with a slightly savory smoky aftertaste and a lingering umami taste.
The sweetness of the flavor is present for about 1 to 2 days after opening.
After that, the sweetness gradually tapers off and the assertion of the savory smokiness and umami aftertaste gradually becomes stronger.
It tastes great both when opened and after a while.
