Imanishi by Imanishi Sake Brewery, which brews Mimuro Sugi. This is the first time I have had it including Mimuro Sugi.
It is delicious!
It has a strong umami flavor, but it goes down your throat easily without any stickiness. Although it is fire-aged, it also feels fresh and is very easy to drink.
